- Develop a method for the determination of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB194 and PCB206) suitable for surface water, groundwater, industrial sewage and domestic wastewater. The analysis method includes two parts: sample pretreatment and instrumental analysis. Pretreatment mainly focuses on optimizing instrument parameters such as organic solvents, extraction methods, and purification methods for sample extraction; instrument analysis is to determine appropriate chromatography and mass spectrometry conditions.
