Scope

This standard specifies the SSR and ISSR molecular marker detection methods for the purity and authenticity of cabbage and non-heading cabbage seed varieties and the criteria for judging the test results. This standard is applicable to the variety purity and authenticity identification of conventional seeds, hybrid seeds and parents of heading and non-heading cabbage.
