Scope
This standard specifies the ascorbic acid reduction-molybdenum blue spectrophotometric method for the determination of phosphorus pentoxide in ambient air. This standard applies to the determination of phosphorus pentoxide in ambient air. When the ambient air collected is 5.0 m (standard state) and the sample volume is adjusted to 50.0 ml, the detection limit of the method is 0.20 μg/m, and the lower limit of determination is 0.80 μg/m.
