Scope
This standard specifies a portable catalytic oxidation-hydrogen flame ionization detector method for the determination of non-methane total hydrocarbons in organized and unorganized emissions from stationary pollution sources. This standard is applicable to the on-site determination of non-methane total hydrocarbons in organized and unorganized emissions from stationary pollution sources using the catalytic oxidation-hydrogen flame ionization detector method. The method detection limit of non-methane total hydrocarbons in this standard is 0.1 mg/m3 (calculated as carbon), and the lower limit of determination is 0.4 mg/m3 (calculated as carbon).
