This standard specifies the technical requirements, performance indicators and detection methods of automatic online mercury water quality monitors. This standard applies to the production design, application selection and performance testing of automatic online mercury water quality monitors. For mercury water quality automatic online monitors (hereinafter referred to as "instruments") used in different occasions, this standard specifies the measuring ranges of the two types of instruments. The measuring range of Type I instrument is: 0~0.002mg/L, and it is mainly used for monitoring surface water, groundwater and drinking water. The measuring range of ІІ type instrument is: 0~0.1mg/L, and it is mainly used for monitoring domestic sewage and industrial wastewater.
