Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Tongling pickled white ginger, product classification, food additives, hygienic requirements for food processing, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to pickled white ginger in soy sauce, pickled white ginger in soy sauce, pickled white ginger in sugar (honey), pickled white ginger in vinegar, pickled white ginger in sweet and sour sauce, and pickled white ginger.
