- This document specifies the requirements and inspection methods for seawater shellfish supplied as food to Xiamen. This document applies to live and frozen seawater shellfish from the class Lavalbranchia (bivalves) such as oysters, clams, scallops, razor clams, mussels, and cockles, and gastropods (gastropods) such as abalone and conches, including Marine harvesting and marine cultured shellfish.
