Scope

This part specifies the type, basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, marking and packaging requirements of explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors. This section applies to flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors (hereinafter referred to as motors).
