Scope

This document describes the use of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry for the determination of nine biogenic amines, including tryptamine, β-phenylethylamine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, octopamine, tyramine, spermidine and spermine, in aquatic products.
