This document specifies the QuEChERS-spectrophotometric method for cyanide content in liquor brewing raw materials, distiller’s yeast (Daqu, Xiaoqu, bran yeast, etc. used in liquor brewing) and fermented grains. This document is applicable to the determination of cyanide content in sorghum, wheat, barley, distiller's yeast, and fermented grains.
