1. Ring stiffness: divided into five levels: SN4, SN6.3, SN8, SN10, and SN12.5, which ensures resistance to backfill soil ring pressure when buried, and provides a basis for selecting compression parameters for design. 2. Apparent density: 0.9~1.2g/cm3, reflecting the characteristics of the core foam pipe and ensuring a certain foaming rate. 3. Flat test: When the outer diameter deformation in the vertical direction is 40% of the original outer diameter, there will be no separation or cracking, ensuring the toughness of the product and not damaging the pipe. 4. Recovery rate: After the pipe is squeezed to a certain extent, the pipe returns to 90% of its original state. 5. Drop hammer impact: 10 times of impact, 9 times without breakage, ensuring that the integrity rate remains above 90% when accidentally hit. 6. Drop test: Mainly to ensure that there will be no rupture when accidentally dropped during shipping or installation. 7. Longitudinal shrinkage rate: When the pipe expands due to heat and shrinks due to cold, the deformation shall not exceed 9%. (This technical index refers to the national standard GB/T16800-2008) 8. Sealing test: Sealing test of the connecting joint to prevent water leakage.
