Scope
This standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in solid waste and its leachate. This standard is applicable to naphthalene, acenaphthylene, acenaphthylene, fluorene, phenanthrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene, benzo[a]anthracene, benzo[b]fluoranthene, benzo[k] in solid waste and its leachate 16 kinds of polycyclic rings including fluoranthene, benzo[a]pyrene, dibenzo[a,h]anthracene, benzo[g,h,i]perylene and indeno[1,2,3-c,d]pyrene Determination of Aromatic Hydrocarbons. When the sampling volume of solid waste (ash residue) is 10.0g and the constant volume is 1.0ml, the detection limit of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons using a UV detector is 3 μg/kg to 5 μg/kg, and the lower limit of determination is 12 μg/kg. ~20μg/kg; the detection limit of 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (excluding acenaphthylene) using a fluorescence detector is 0.3μg/kg~0.5μg/kg, and the lower limit of determination is 1.2μg/kg~2.0μg/kg. When the sampling volume of solid waste (sludge) is 2.00g and the constant volume is 1.0ml, the detection limit of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons using a UV detector is 0.02mg/kg, and the lower limit of determination is 0.08mg/kg; The detection limit of the fluorescence detector for measuring 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (excluding acenaphthylene) is 0.002mg/kg~0.004mg/kg, and the lower limit of detection is 0.008mg/kg~0.016mg/kg. When the sampling volume of solid waste leachate is 100ml and the constant volume is 1.0ml, the detection limit of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons using a UV detector is 0.1μg/L~2μg/L, and the lower limit of detection is 0.4μg/L~8μg /L; the detection limit of 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (excluding acenaphthylene) using a fluorescence detector is 0.01 μg/L ~ 0.1 μg/L, and the lower limit of determination is 0.04 μg/L ~ 0.4 μg/L. Please see Appendix A for the method detection limits and lower determination limits of solid waste and solid waste leachate.
