This document stipulates the raw and auxiliary materials, sensory, physical and chemical requirements for complex protein beverages, describes the corresponding test methods, and stipulates the inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage contents. This document applies to the production, inspection and sales of complex protein beverages as defined in Chapter 3.
