- This standard provides guidelines for the construction of coal gasification slag pavement base, and gives recommendations on applicable conditions, terms and definitions, raw material requirements, mixture requirements, construction, quality control and acceptance related technical requirements. This standard is applicable to the construction and acceptance of base courses and sub-base courses under expressways and first-class highways, as well as base courses and sub-base courses under second-class and lower highways. Other roads may refer to the implementation.
