HJ 804-2016 Soil - Determination of bioavailable form of eight elements – Extraction with buffered DTPA solution/Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (English Version)
This standard specifies the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry method for the determination of available elements in soil using diethylenetriaminepentacetic acid (DTPA) leaching. This standard applies to a total of 8 available states of copper (Cu), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn), cadmium (Cd), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), and lead (Pb) in soil. Determination of elements. When the sampling volume is 10.0 g and the extracting liquid volume is 20 ml, the detection limit and lower determination limit of this method are shown in Table 1. Table 1 Method detection limit and lower determination limit (mg/kg) Elements Copper, Iron, Manganese, Zinc, Cadmium, Cobalt, Nickel Lead Method detection limit 0.005 0.04 0.02 0.04 0.007 0.02 0.03 0.05 Lower determination limit 0.02 0.16 0.08 0.16 0.028 0.08 0.12 0.2
