This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of p-nitrophenol (PNP) in urine. The minimum detection concentration of this method is 0.13 mg/L. This standard is applicable to the determination of p-nitrophenol in the urine of workers exposed to nitrobenzene.
