Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the content of gold nanorods in living cells by ultraviolet/visible/near-infrared extinction spectroscopy. This standard is applicable to the quantitative measurement of the content of gold nanorod structures in living cells, and the quantitative measurement of the content of other rod-shaped noble metal nanostructures in living cells can also refer to this standard.
