Scope

This document specifies the use conditions, electrical structure, technical requirements, design requirements, test requirements, etc. of indoor or outdoor mechanical and hybrid high-voltage DC circuit breakers in high-voltage direct current transmission systems. This document applies to high-voltage DC circuit breakers used in high-voltage DC transmission systems of ±100kV and above.
