Scope
DBS45/ 028-2016 Local food safety standard for meat rice dumplings DBS45/ 028-2016 Local food safety standard for meat rice dumplings. This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements for production and processing processes, inspection methods, Inspection rules, labels, markings, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life.
