Scope
DBS45/ 028-2016 Local food safety standard for meat rice dumplings DBS45/ 028-2016 Local food safety standard for meat rice dumplings. This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements for production and processing processes, inspection methods, Inspection rules, labels, markings, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life. This standard applies to glutinous rice (and/or other grains) and meat as the main raw materials, with one or more types of beans, nuts, aquatic products, edible oil, salt, etc. added as toppings. Prepackaged meat rice dumpling products are made by wrapping leaves into shape, boiling until cooked, and packaging.
