Scope

This document specifies the general requirements for general computing CPU performance testing and evaluation, as well as operating rules, software framework, benchmark load, operating environment and tool applications. This document is applicable to the determination and evaluation of general computing CPU performance test benchmarks and the design, development and use of CPU products.
