- This document stipulates the basic requirements for the civilian air defense project in Foshan (hereinafter referred to as the civil air defense project), the content of the civilian air defense project, and the conversion construction requirements. This document applies to medical rescue projects, air defense professional team projects, personnel shelter projects and supporting civil air defense projects with a resistance level of 5 and below against conventional weapons and a resistance level of 5 and below against nuclear weapons in Foshan City. This document does not apply to underground rail transit projects, underground comprehensive pipe corridors and other single-building underground spaces that take into account civil air defense needs in underground spaces.
