This document analyzes the factors that create dangers in inert gas or oxygen-deficient locations and provides basic operations for preventing and dealing with suffocation accidents. This document is applicable to buildings with continuous inert gas input, outdoor areas with continuous or intermittent emission of inert gas, and confined spaces. Other places where inert gas may exist or lack of oxygen may be implemented as a reference.
