This document specifies the method for the determination of cadmium content in processed grain products, including the first method graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and the second method inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. This document is applicable to the determination of cadmium in processed grain products (rice, wheat flour, noodles, processed cereal products, processed cereal milling products).
