- By consulting domestic and foreign literature and standards, combined with the test results of Ankang selenium-rich rice samples collected during the survey, the quality and safety indicators of Shaanxi Haoliangyou Ankang selenium-rich rice were clarified. Quality indicators: color and smell are normal; moisture content ≤ 14.5 (g/100g); imperfect grain content ≤ 1.0%; impurities including total impurities ≤ 0.1%, non-polar impurities shall not be detected; yellow grain rice content ≤ 0.1%; mixing rate ≤3.0%; total broken rice ≤15.0%, of which small broken rice ≤1.0%; selenium content 0.15-0.60 (mg/kg); chalkiness level one ≤ 4.0%, level two ≤ 6.0%, level three ≤ 8.0 %; the chalky grain rate is ≤3.0% for the first level, ≤5.0% for the second level, and ≤7.0% for the third level; the taste value is ≥90 points for the first level, ≥85 points for the second level, and ≥80 points for the third level; safety index PN≤0.7.
