This document specifies the principle, device, specimen preparation, test conditions and test report of the in-situ tensile testing method of additively manufactured aluminum alloys under scanning electron microscopy. This document is applicable to the measurement of Young's modulus, yield strength, fracture strength and elongation of additively manufactured aluminum alloys through stress-strain curves. This document is suitable for observing and recording real-time micromorphological changes and the entire crack propagation process during the stretching process of additively manufactured aluminum alloys.
