- This document specifies the safety technical requirements for vehicle compressed hydrogen plastic-lined carbon fiber fully wound gas cylinders (referred to as "cylinders" in this document) in terms of manufacturing, transportation, installation, replacement, filling and use, daily maintenance inspection and exhaust. . This document is applicable to reusable fuel tanks with nominal working pressure not exceeding 70MPa, nominal volume not exceeding 450L, storage medium being compressed hydrogen, working temperature not lower than -40℃ and not higher than 85℃, fixed on road vehicles and used as fuel tanks. Use of filled gas bottles.
