T/IMPCA 0001-2021 Test method for X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis of alloying elements in steel and its products of chemical plant (English Version)
The X-ray intensity is measured, and the preliminary content of metal elements in the sample is calculated based on the calibration curve. Finally, by testing similar certified reference materials/standard samples, the measurement results are corrected using the deviation between the certified value and the measured value of the element in the certified reference sample/standard material. The specific detection method follows the semi-quantitative analysis method in GB/T16597.
