Scope

This document specifies the on-site dynamic balancing test method for the rotor of a hydrogenerator unit, the measurement and evaluation criteria for the residual unbalance of the rotor, and the correction method for the unbalance of the rotor. This document applies to all types of hydro-generator units, as well as reversible pumped storage units.
