This standard specifies the overall safety, integrity, gas cylinder airtightness, pipeline airtightness, system airtightness, electrical functions, gas supply pressure test conditions, test methods, etc. of the on-board hydrogen system of fuel cell rail vehicles. This standard applies to on-board hydrogen systems and components for fuel cell trams and fuel cell intercity EMUs that use gaseous compressed hydrogen as fuel. Other fuel cell rail vehicles may refer to this standard for implementation.
