- This document specifies the classification and statistical methods for automatic testing of inclusions in steel based on scanning electron microscopy and energy spectroscopy. This document is suitable for automatically searching, measuring, and classifying non-metallic inclusions in steel using scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer systems.
