This standard is formulated based on the content and requirements of the "Overall Implementation Measures of the Dongfang Municipal People's Government on the Integrated Innovation of the Hainan Huanghuali Tree Cultivation and Trading System". It stipulates the age confirmation, tree volume, trunk classification, heartwood size, evaluation method and evaluation process of standing trees in Hainan Huanghuali planting and trading in Dongfang City. This standard is applicable to the transaction value assessment of Hainan Huanghuali forest and single standing trees in Dongfang City.
