This standard applies to processes such as using salted cucumber peel as raw material, cleaning, cutting, desalting, adding edible vegetable oil, seasonings, food additives, mixing, frying (or not frying), vacuum packaging, sterilization, etc. A flavored cucumber peel product that can be eaten directly is produced.
