This document stipulates the technical conditions for preparation, technical design, data collection and processing, and three-dimensional model reconstruction based on three-dimensional laser scanner inspection. This document is applicable to the general technical conditions for using three-dimensional laser scanners to inspect elevators, hoisting machinery, special motor vehicles in sites (factories), boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, passenger ropeways, and large amusement facilities. This document is not applicable to the inspection of special equipment in explosion-proof environments.
