- This standard specifies a gas chromatography method for the determination of specific migration amounts of 23 primary aromatic amines in plastic packaging materials and products that come into contact with food. This standard is applicable to the determination and verification of the migration amounts of 23 primary aromatic amines in plastic packaging materials and products in contact with food. The detection limit of this method for 23 primary aromatic amines in food simulants is 0.02 mg/kg (mg/L).
