- Under certain temperature conditions, the volatile components of the tea sample in the headspace bottle volatilize to the upward space, generating vapor pressure. When the gas-solid two-phase reaches thermodynamic dynamic equilibrium, its material composition and concentration remain basically the same in the two phases. The solid-phase microextraction fiber head is used to adsorb and extract some substances in the gas phase, and is analyzed through the inlet for chromatographic separation.
