Scope
This standard specifies the measurement method of in-situ high-purity germanium spectrometer for measuring nuclide radioactivity concentration and radioactive fallout ash deposition flux in soil. This standard is applicable to the determination of artificial radioactive  nuclides in surface soil during emergency monitoring of nuclear accidents. Radiation environment quality monitoring can be implemented as a reference. For newly settled radioactive fallout ash, the lower detection limit of 137Cs activity concentration measured by this standard is 100 Bq/m2. 2
