Scope: This document specifies the general requirements for the recycling of solid waste containing ferrous metals, enterprise management requirements, ecological environment protection requirements and recycling product management requirements. This document is applicable to the recycling of ferrous metal-containing residues, dust, soot, sludge and waste liquid and other solid waste produced in ferrous metal smelting, non-ferrous metal smelting, electronics industry, metal surface treatment, petroleum refining, environmental treatment and other industries . This document does not apply to the recycling of solid waste generated during the mining and beneficiation process of the non-ferrous metal industry, nor does it apply to the recycling of solid waste containing radioactive substances.
