Scope

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the determination of acrylamide content in paper, cardboard and paper products. This standard applies to the determination of acrylamide content in paper, cardboard and paper products, and pulp can also be used as a reference. The method quantification limit of this standard is 0.02 mg/kg.
