Scope
This document specifies performance test methods for small stationary solid oxide fuel cell power generation systems. This document applies to small stationary solid oxide fuel cells in the following range:  ——Output power: rated electrical output power is less than 10 kW;  ——Output mode: three-phase power frequency AC output of no more than 1000 V for single unit operation, or no DC output exceeding 1500 V;  ——Fuel: gaseous fuel (natural gas, propane, butane, hydrogen, etc.) or liquid fuel (kerosene, methanol, liquefied petroleum gas, etc.);  ——Oxidant: air or oxygen. This document applies to fuel cell power generation systems whose primary purpose is to generate electrical energy and whose secondary purpose is thermal energy as a by-product. Correspondingly, fuel cell power generation systems whose primary purpose is thermal energy and whose secondary purpose is electrical energy as a by-product do not fall within the scope of this standard. This document does not contain electromagnetic compatibility test items. The mobile solid oxide fuel cell power generation system can be used with reference to this document.
