GB/T 30027-2021 (English Version) PDF

Scope: This document specifies the technical requirements for VH-grade high-precision hoist chains (hereinafter referred to as hoist chains) for manual chain hoists. The chain is a round steel short link chain that has undergone welding, heat treatment and testing, and complies with the general acceptance rules stipulated in ISO1834. Note 1: The letter "V" indicates the grade, which conforms to ISO1834. Note 2: The letter "H" indicates that this type of hoist chain is only suitable for manual hoist. Note 3: The definitions of resistance welding and flash butt welding are listed in ISO4063. This document applies to high-precision hoist chains with a nominal size of 3 mm to 13 mm and an ambient temperature of -10 °C to 150 °C.
