This document formulates an exchange model for railway infrastructure-related data based on railway infrastructure metadata and XML rules, providing an effective and standardized method for the expression, exchange, and verification of railway infrastructure-related data. This document consists of 6 chapters, including scope, terms and definitions, RailXML definition approach, RailXMLSchema mapping rules, RailXML schema implementation, and RailXML data exchange.
