This document stipulates the classification and composition, functional requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of overhead transmission line galloping monitoring devices. This document is applicable to the galloping monitoring device of overhead transmission lines with voltage levels of 110 (66) kV and above. The galloping monitoring devices of overhead transmission lines with other voltage levels can be used as a reference.
