This document specifies a colloidal gold immunochromatographic rapid detection method for triadimefon residues in vegetables and fruits. This document is suitable for rapid screening and testing of triadimefon residues in vegetables and fruits. Note 1: Vegetables include solanaceous vegetables. Note 2: Fruits include tangerines, tangerines, oranges, apples, dates (fresh), bananas, and pineapples. This method adopts the principle of competitive inhibition immunochromatography. After extraction, the triadimefon in the sample binds to the colloidal gold-labeled specific antibody, inhibiting the binding of the antibody to the antigen on the test line (T line) in the test strip, resulting in a change in the color of the test line (T line). . By comparing the color depth of the test line (T line) and the quality control line (C line), a qualitative analysis of the triadimefon in the sample was performed.
