Scope

This standard specifies a rapid enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method for the residual amounts of furazolidone metabolite (3-amina-2-oxazoldinone, AOZ) and furazolidone metabolite (AMOZ) in aquatic products. This standard is applicable to the inspection of AOZ and AMOZ residues in aquatic products. The detection limits of AOZ and AMOZ in this standard are 0.50 μg/kg.
