This standard stipulates the requirements for the emergency cleanup capabilities of ship pollution removal units; clarifies the classification standards for ship pollution removal units within the scope of the governing units of the Tianjin Ship Pollution Prevention Association; and responds in terms of ship pollution emergency equipment, emergency personnel, emergency management systems, etc. Detailed requirements are made for five levels: "special grade, first grade, second grade, third grade and fourth grade".
