This document specifies the terms and definitions of rice moderate processing technology, production technology requirements, packaging, storage and transportation, etc. This document applies to the processing of finished rice produced from indica and japonica rice, brown rice or semi-finished rice as raw materials. It does not apply to the processing of glutinous rice and other special varieties of rice.
