Scope

This document specifies the principles, reagents, instruments, operating steps and repeatability of the rapid screening and detection method for aflatoxin B1 colloidal gold test paper in vegetable oils. This document is suitable for rapid screening of aflatoxin B1 in edible peanut oil, corn oil and tea seed oil. The quantitative range of the method is 2μg/kg~60μg/kg.
