Scope
This document stipulates the product classification, technical requirements, hygienic requirements of the production and processing process, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of ready-mixed powder. This document applies to wheat flour, corn flour, rice flour, edible starch, modified starch, etc. as the main raw materials, with or without the addition of edible salt, monosodium glutamate, white sugar, spices, fruit and vegetable powder and other auxiliary materials, with or without the addition of food additives. Pre-mixed powder made by batching, mixing, stirring and other processes for processing and making specific products. This product is not ready-to-eat and needs to be cooked before consumption. This document does not apply to products that are ready for sale after adding water.
