This document specifies a method for the rapid determination of saccharin sodium in beverages using laser Raman spectroscopy. This document is applicable to the determination of saccharin sodium content in liquid beverages such as carbonated beverages, fruit and vegetable juice beverages, protein beverages, tea beverages, coffee beverages, plant beverages and flavored beverages.
