- This standard specifies the general requirements, personnel, equipment, facilities, instruments and protective devices for vehicle gas cylinder filling at vehicle natural gas filling stations (hereinafter referred to as filling stations), gas cylinder filling safety management, emergency management and acceptance safety Safety management requirements for supervision and other aspects. This standard is applicable to compressed natural gas (CNG) cylinders for vehicles with a working pressure not greater than 25MPa, a nominal volume of 30L to 450L, and an operating temperature of -40℃ to 60℃ and under normal ambient temperature (-40℃ to 60℃). Use, safe management of filling of vehicle liquefied natural gas (LNG) cylinders with a working pressure of 0.6 MPa ~ 3.5MPa, a nominal volume of 150 L ~ 500L, and a design temperature not lower than -196°C.
